Hey Ray, I hear you. Although, in a city like Los Angeles, and a state like California, think that as minimum wage goes up, consumers will have to accept that holding onto tipping means accepting a price hike, thereby increasing the ultimate tip they leave. That’s a lot of price increases. If we can figure out a way to bake it in without impacting the final price tag — is it so bad?
