Hey there! Although we do use NYC-based Andrew Tarlowe’s “gratuity free” iconography (http://www.gratuityfree.nyc/jtm/), it still hasn’t caught on in Los Angeles the way it has in New York. But yes, the language / framing of this is key. That being said, tipping is still such an ingrained institution, it’s tough to get the message across without information overloads.
